We heart U , youtube!

I don't know about you but, I don't know what we ever did without YouTube. As a student, I have went on there for help in learning. I'm a visual and auditory learner. Give me a book and I cringe. Here is why I truly love YouTube.com :

My daughter has been asking me how to do a fishtail braid and honestly I have no idea how to, so what do I do, hop onto Youtube and watch a video. Thumbs up.

This video is for a waterfall braid. I think it looks so cute.

By the way this women has so many wonderful videos on how to do little girls hair styles. She makes it all look so easy.

So this winter I was pissed when I saw that garlic was $4.49 a pound at my local grocer. I swore I would never buy garlic again and that I was growing my own. So on to Youtube I went to find out how to plant garlic:

I now have two long planting containers full of garlic. I can't wait to harvest it when it when it is ready. By the way, for all you garlic growers out there like me, here's a great video on garlic braiding.

I don't think there is anything out there that you can't watch a video on. Along with learning, I do enjoy youtube for the entertainment it has too.

Thanks for stopping by,

J.

I had no idea how to grow garlic...or that you could grow it in a pot! This would make a great addition to an herb garden!! Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day. Hope you get a breather from school soon!!!
